MP3 won't connect to my pc

can someone help? i have a samsung yp-K5 mp3 player and can't seem to get it
to work on my pc, i used to be able to but all of a sudden when i connect it
to the pc it's nowhere to be found do cannot download any music or do
anything with it, any suggestions?

If it was working on your Vista setup and now no longer works, you might try
using System Restore to take your system back to a time when it did work.
Start Menu\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore. NOTE:
While System Restore is designed to restore system settings and the registry
back to a specific point in time, your data files should always be well
backed up in case something goes wrong.

Take a look to determine whether the site has anything useful for your
problem. USB issues are universal, meaning the steps contained on that site
are applicable to any USB issue.
