Mp3 Manager/Organizer

I've looked far and wide over the internet, and haven't found exactly
what I'm looking for, which is a nice and sleek Mp3 Manager/Organizer.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Just for the record, I'm not crazy about WinAmp. I've tried
MediaMonkey, but it's quite buggy at my end.

Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated!
