MP3 file rename software

Have a disc of MP3s. Each album's tracks/songs are contain in its own
folder/directory. The directory is named after the Artist and Album.
The songs in the directory only has the song title as its filename,
without the album name or artist. For example now it is:
C:\Artist-Album\Track1.mp3.


I would like to rename all the tracks in the directory with the artist
and album name, Artist-Album-track1.mp3. This is the naming convention
I used for other MP3s.


Does any one know of any software that can do this, I'd like to avoid
going through the process of renaming each song one at a time.

Also there are no ID3 tag info with the
mp3s.

You might take a look at Bulk Rename Utility to change your file names. It
is a very flexible program.
