hi,
I purchased the creative MuVo TX USB2.0 MP3 Player, but when I access the
drive and try to save some songs in it, an error message pops up and say the
drive is not accessible, can I ask what's the problem? Thanks

by "the drive", are you referring to the MuVo?

I think you can not just drag-and-drop to the MuVo in an explorer window,
you need to use the Player software to download songs to the MuVo. The
built-in Windows Media Player should work, and you could also use the
player that came w/ the MuVo (Media Center I believe it's called).

Read the directions that came w/ the MuVo. I've got one and it works just
fine w/ WMP.

Hmm? I don't believe I mentioned anything about "the drive." It may
help next time to quote the comments you are replying to.
