moving XP to a new hard drive

I just got an 80GB hard drive. I have set up the
partitions and I would like to move windows XP to the new
hard drive, but it will not copy the whole thing. I
don't want to use the other hard drive as a secondary
drive, I just want to run the new hard drive.

Most new hard drives come with software to do this. You can't just copy "the
whole thing over". If your new drive didn't come with the software, you need
to buy software, such as Norton Ghost to do this.

I've used the software that came with the new hard drive,
but it isn't copying the entire windows directory. This
is where I'm haveing a problem.
