Moving users from one db to another

Hello -
I need to move the users and groups from one database to another, and I'm
looking for some help on how to do this (other than a lot of typing...).

Perhaps I misunderstand, but users and groups are not stored in the database. These things are stored in the workgroup file. Just secure the other database using the same workgroup file, and it will have all it needs to recognize the users/groups.
