Moving toolbars

Yesterday I couldn't see the toolbar I wanted, so I turned off the other 2
bars at the top of IE 6.0. Now I've turned all 3 back on (the toolbar, the
address bar, and the Standard bar), but they're all next to each other on the
top line. I can't get one bar to move to the line under the top line and I
can't move it over to the side. How can I move toolbars? Thanks

Hi Merritt,

Have you tried unlocking the Toolbars (right-click, uncheck Lock Toolbars)?

This fix resets the toolbar layout
