Moving to 2007

Hi,

I have a database in Aceess 2003 with SQL Servere 2005 backend, the database
is working fairly well. My office is planing to move to Office 2007, I want
to know whether I should convert to Access 2007 or keep the same version.

Would there be any known issue on database when switch to Access 2007? Do I
need to re-write database menu to 2007 ribbon?

The ribbon is certainly one of the immediately visible differences.
