moving the location of "Documents & Settings" under Win XP

I want to move the "Documents and Settings folder" from "C:" to "D:"
Drive. Is there a way to do this without writing command lines?

Any help would be appreciated.

Not easily, nor reliably. Its coded into the Registry, in a number of
locations at install. The only certain way to do it is at install, with an
unttended installation file.

This article was written for Windows 2000, but applies to XP as well.
