Moving the 'Documents and Settings Folder'

I have two hard drives in my system. I like to keep the
operating system (XP home) and applications on the C
drive but would like to have all the user data on the D:
drive. I have read on the microsoft site how to move
the 'My Documents' folder. Is it possible to move the
entire 'Documents and Settings' folder to the D: drive
from the default location.
Thanks in advance,

See "Cannot Move or Rename the Documents and Settings Folder"
