WinXP "Documents and Settings" folder config

How do you move the "Documents and Settings" folder from
the default location (i.e. C:\Documents and Settings) to a
location of your choosing, such as "D:\Documents and
Settings" (including the currently logged in users
profile). There was a way to do this via the Win 2000
registery editor. Is there such a way to perform the same
procedure via WinXP?
