Moving shared Directories

I would like to move a shared directory to a new storage array. How can I
move it without loosing security rights without backing it up to tape,
deleting the original share and restoring it to the new location?

Also, if there are shares in subfolders, can they be moved at the same time?

The shared folder can be moved or copied without loosing the security
