moving .pst between 2 computers

I travel a lot. I like to use outlook on my desk while home, but when I
travel, I need to have my outlook on my laptop.

What is the BEST way to move my entire Outlook data, contacts, mail folders,
calendars, task and RULES to the laptop when I go out of town.

This seems to be a simple and common task. Are there any built in
capabilities in Outlook.

I am using Outlook 2003, I have 07 but have not installed yet. Is there
anything on 07 that will be better?
