Moving program files/folders?

Does anybody here know of a utility that will let me move a program to
another folder in XP?
I.e. that changes the program registry references, as well as physically
relocates the program files to the new folder?

times free and then it costs $15 US for the license. I've had no problems
with it and it performs as advertised.

Just tried it out. Impressive utility. Seems to work fine! No hitches so
far.
Saves me a lot of work, uninstalling and re-installing programs on my
overcrowded c:\ to my new 160GB d:\
