moving outlook

I moved outlook 2007 to my new computer.
It seems I managed to move everything except rules.
How can I bring my outlook rules from my old computer to the new one?

By copying the old data file with Outlook closed
Then copying that data file to the new pc, without overwriting any existing
data file, then configuring that data file to be the default msg store
Import/Export loses settings & data
