Moving Outlook 2003 from one PC to another.

How do you move Outlook 2003 from one PC to another without loosing rules,
signatures, etc.? The .pst was exported/imported without problem; all emails
are available and new mail is being received/sent. The problem was loosing
all rules and signatures. 20 rules and 6 signatures were lost and had to be
recreated. Since the user didn't remember all of the rules or signatures
some were quite hard to recreate. What other files should be moved to avoid
this problem in the future?

Easiest way is to use the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard.
Most likely way to lose settings, views, and even data is to use
Export/Import.

Used FSTW to do the original transfer, but Outlook wasn't transferred over.
That's why Export/Import was used for the .pst. Is there a way to move all
Outlook settings at one time? If not, which files need to be transferred to
make sure all Outlook settings get moved to the new pc?

Never export to or import from a PST. It's unnecessary, will lose data, and
can cause problems. See this:
