Moving Outlook 2002 and IE folders to new computer

I just purchases a new computer and I want to move the Outlook 2002 personal
folders of my existing computer to Outlook on my new computer. I also want
to move my IE Favorites folder from the existing computer to my new one.
First, what is the path (specific directory) where I will find my folders.
And second, to what path (specific directory) should I load the folders into
my new computer.

To export IE favorites just go to File->Import and Export

Follow the prompts.
