Moving One database into another?

Is there any way with Office 2007 to move one database and it's contents into
another existing database?
 
Yes. In the database you wish to the database into, go to External Data on
the Ribbon --- under the Import group click on Access. There you will have
the option of importing Access objects (and their content if you wish). You
can pick and choose what you want to move over.
