Moving msg leaves a copy in the original folder

I'm using Outlook 2000.
I created the following rule - using the wizard.
Apply this rule after the msg arrives with CUSTOMER QUESTION in the Subject move it to the CUSTOMER folder.

This rule moves the msg just like it should, but leaves a copy in the original folder(in-box)

How do I make it move the msg not copy it?

Thanks

Do you have more rules configured? Then add the action "and stop processing
rules" to the rule

Yes, I have about 10 rules all doing the same thing - with different subjects or senders.

And have added the stop processing more rules action?

Maybe I'm just confused, but if I add "the stop processing" woun't it stop running all my other rules?

Yes, for that specific message. This will prevent that two rules apply to
the same message creating duplicates.
FI; when you have a rule that moves based on the subject and one that is
based on the sender both move to a different folder. When a message arrives
that have both the specific sender and the specific subject the message gets
copied to both folders.

THANKS I will try the "STOP PROCESSING
I was under the misconception that STOP PROCESSING would stop all rules on all messages
