Moving Large Files

Company I am consulting at moves large 100GB database files from one
server to another on a regular basis and is complaining about the time
it takes to move the files with the regular Windows copy commands.
Does anyone have suggestions for tools that will help move these files
and decrease the time it takes?

Company using IBM 360 servers with FAST T SANs. Have a large Gigabit
network.
