Moving email and contacts

Hi,

I would like info on moving email and contacts.

I have two users on a Vista Ultimate machine...
One can not run IE with Ebay toolbar and the other can just fine.
Both are administrators.

I will like to move email, docs, and contracts to the user who can run IE
without problems..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Use the export and import options available in Windows Mail
and Windows Contacts.
