Moving Deleted Items: Rule?

I want to create some sort of a rule (or automated
process) to use move items from my Deleted Items folder to
various other folders based on a word in subject or
perhaps a sender or receipient of the messages. I don't
care if it happens when I move items to my Deleted folder
or if I run the rule manually once a week.

However, Rules seem to only kick in when you receive or
send a message.

Under Rules Wizard, the first item is Apply Changes to
This Folder -- but my Inbox (Microsoft Exchnage Server) is
the only choice onthe pulldown menu.

I may also want this rule to apply to my Sent Items folder
or I can just delete those items once a week and let the
Deleted Folder rule take care of it.

In case it matters, the folders I want to move stuff to
are personal folders.

Thank you to anyone who can offer me advice. I appreciate
it.

That's the way they work, yes. If you create a rule to run manually, I
believe you can specify the folder on which they run.
