Moving data from Outlook Express to Outlook

I just upgraded to Office XP Pro, and Outlook was set as my default mail program. This left Outlook Express no longer completely functional, with error messages popping up telling me to re-install Outlook Express. Upon downloading the most current service pack for IE and restarting my computer, Outlook Express was functioning correctly but my address book had been imported to Outlook.

How do I either export my sent and deleted files from OE to Outlook or export my address book from Outlook to OE so that I have all files residing in the same mail program once again?

If you want to stcik with Outlook choose to export your messages from within
OE.
