moving contacts

Hi!

I am trying to move contacts from the Contacts folder to
another folder. I thought they would at least copy to it,
but the clicking and dragging is not working, nor is
there any explanation as to what I need to do
differently. In fact, it appears to be working except
that the name doesn't show up in the new folder.

Any ideas as to how to move names around when clicking
and dragging doesn't work?
