moving calendar file to different location.

I want to move our calendar from one computer to a different one. I found
the file in my computer (calendar.pst, or something like that). I copied
that file to the other computer's hard drive.

How do I tell Outlook in that computer where to look for the file that I
just copied onto its hard drive? That is, how to I change where Outlook
looks for the calendar info? I certainly don't see anything in tools that
sets the location of files.

I assume that I want to add a folder to Calendar in the new computer. And
somehow use that folder to point to the new location?

Hi,
please use FILE > OPEN > DATAFILE and point to your calendar.pst(?)
but also read

Keep in mind that it's impossible for the calendar you're actively using to
be in a PST all by itself. Outlook has one delivery location PST and in
that PST you'll find not only the calendar, but your contacts, your email,
your tasks, and most other Outlook data. I suspect that the file you copied
won't be the one you want.

File>Open>Outlook Data File (or Personal Folders File, depending on your
Outlook version, whichy you neglected to mention)

Wrong assumption. That's not the way Outlook works. You don't "add a
folder" to an existing calendar and expect to reference that folder via a
second PST.
