moving a file

How do you move contacts, calendar,tasks, etc. to another computer. I copied
the outlook icon from my office computer which i thought contained all of the
files.maybe it does. where do i copy it to on my home computer(what file) and
what do i open up to retrive the new files. should i have copied another file
beside the outlook icon?

All information are contained in a PST file, commonly named outlook.pst

You can search your computer for *.PST to find all your PST files, then
copy the right one to your new system.

You can also use the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/293118) to help you transferring your
things to the new system.
