moving a PST

We are migrating our files to a Networked Attached Storage Drive. FOrmerly
our files were kept in the default location on each local computer. When I
moved the first PST from the local computer to the NAS and opened Outlook
2003 all of my mail Faqvorite folders were gone. I had to start over and
recreate them. Is there a way to chenge the location of a PST and make sure
that the Favorites Folders are still in tact?
Thank you,
John

Favorite Folders entries are not stored in the .PST; they are stored in an
XML file. See http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.asp for a full listing
of all Outlook files, where they are stored, and whether they can be moved.
Most files have to go in the same place in a new Windows profile, but a .PST
can be moved anywhere.

just be aware that accessing pst files on a network drive is NOT supported
by Microsoft. If you lose data, you are on your own!
