Movin XP from a dead PC to a new one

How do I move a retail upgrade version of XP Pro from my
old PC (which was purchased with XP Home) to my new PC
(also with XP Home). The old PC's motherboard and
processor burt out due to a failed cooling fan. I cannot
access it.

Just looking for phone numbers, URLs and the process

Bill;
Simply install Windows XP Pro to the new computer.
Uninstall it from the original computer.
Or you can use the hard drive with Windows XP Pro in the new computer
after a Repair Installation to properly detect the new hardware.
Worst case with activation will be a 5 minute call (number will be
displayed on screen) to Microsoft.
