i had service pack 3. that's the reasons it didn't work.
now service pack is gone and it works very good.

thanks for the help anyway

Maybe SP3 was corrupted if you installed
it directly from the net. If you decide to install
SP3 again...download the complete file to a
folder on your hard drive / close all programs /
and then install from there.
