MovieMaker 2 crashes after using transitions/effects

NO IDEA! but i get the same thing...at least I know that
I'm NOT the only one out there with this problem!

Thanks, I should have looked harder, I found the pages
just after I posted.

The fix worked, removing the extra codecs I had installed
worked.

I have checked for all codecs I have installed.
This was a codec problem.

Search for any file that ends with the .ax extension. You will find maybe
100 different files.
