Movie won't play in preview. HELP!!! DEADLINE!!!

I just made a film on Microsoft Movie Maker for a funeral on Saturday with
video and pictures and music (18 min long). I was about to wrap it all up and
publish, and now it wont play the timeline anymore. It will play the
individual sources in the preview window, but the timeline itself (the video)
will not play. I press the play button to no avail. All the info is there, it
just will not play. It will not publish the video or prepare it for DVD. Is
there any answer? I am desperate!
