Movie on a Movie

Here is what I am trying to do...

I have a full movie I have created and it is fine...

I created another movie with one person in it, and the back ground has been
removed and I want to superimpose that on top of the finished movie so that
the person looks as though they are there.... I don't care that it can fool
someone, its just for fun anyway...

Is there a way to impose one movie on top of another to achieve this effect?
