Movie Maker

I have made a movie of slides and pictures using Movie
Maker
The presentation is 27+ minutes and has music.
When I try to save it to my hard drive the screen says it
is 232mb in size.
I have tried to save 4 times. The first time the file was
only 86mb. When I played it back the pictures stopped at
a point about 1/4 thru the movie. The audio part
continued OK.
The next time I tried the file was 117mb and the photos
stopped at a point further on. The audio continued on.
AND SO ON -- Sometimes 85mb or 87mb etc
I have an 80 gig hard drive ( less than half full )and
256 Ram

Hello Duane,
We have seen this problem occasionally when there are a lot of
transitions in the file. The only work around we have currently is to split
the project into smaller chunks, say 4, and publish them out seperately.
Then reimport those sections and then publish them out as the one entire
video. This way, each publish only has to deal with a smaller set of
transitions. I am sorry that I can't give a more elegant workaround that
that.
