You use the Save to My Computer option. For best resolution/quality, choose
the Save as DV-AVI option. This will take up approximately 12gb for every
hour of your project. For a smaller file, with less resolution, use the
Save as WMV option.

Which version of MM are you using? Check help, about and ignore the bit
which says windows 5.1 which is the xp version number, at the bottom it
should say version 1 or 2.
How did you save the movie on the pc, which file type is it? Often if you
capture as a wmv it'll only allow you to save as a wmv.
