Movie Maker Start up

When I start up Movie Maker, I immediately get an error
message that a problem has been encountered and movie
maker must close. The erro signature contains the
following info: Appname: Moviemk.exe Appver:
2.0.3312.0 Offset: 0014e677.

Can anyone tell me how proceed.
