movie maker - soundtrack and video sound balance

How do I change this balance over time - example -
do a soundtrack fadeout at some moment to hear the video
sound for some time, and than let the soundtrack be
dominant again.
what i could do is just determine one balance for all the
movie!

You'll need to cut up the piece of video and use the fade in and out tool.
