Movie maker 2.

I am new to this. Is it possible to save a portion of
edited movie (sound track added) and then come and pick
up the editing where I left off? If I save as project,
then re-open, the sound track has disapeared.

Do I need an extra, to allow me to save my finished movie
to dvd? I get various messages telling me I have not got
a correct disc in etc. My computer is a new Sony XP.
I can save to hard drive okay.

Thanks in anticipation From a pensioner who is finding it
all a bit frustrating... LOL.
