Movie Maker 2

I have just had to reformat and reinstall WinXP Pro. Now I can NOT install
Movie Maker 2.

Is this some kind of joke Microsoft is playing LOL. Is the only way to get
Movie Maker 2 is by installing SP2?

Yes I saw that when I saw I could NOT install MM2 without sp2. This has to
be the dumbest thing MS had done all week LOL. This is really stupid.
