Movie doesn't play

Hi All:

I have a presentation created in Office 2000, and a slide
includes a movie clip. I have upgraded to Office 2002,
and now the clip will not play. It will still play in
2000, but will not in 2002. Does anyone know that would
happen? Thanks in advance.

Try opening the presentation in PowerPoint 2002 and saving it to a new name.
Then try playing the new file. Does the movie play as expected? If not,
try clicking on the movie and seeing whether it will play. If both of those
fail, then you'll need to visit the tutorial at
http://www.soniacoleman.com/Tutorials/PowerPoint/multimedia.htm to read
about how PowerPoint handles multimedia. Pay particular attention to the
information in the third section. It's possible that your MCI settings have
been modified.
