I have my desktop set up so my Start button, tasks and tray are on the bottom bar and my QuickLaunch (Drag&Dropped the toolbar to the top) and a couple custom toolbars are on top. I have "Always On Top" checked so that I can access my shortcuts when a window is maximized.
When I change resolutions for a fullscreen game, my top toolbar overlays the game, but if the resolution doesn't get changed, it works fine. It only overlays when "Always On Top" is checked, but I don't like having to check it on and off when entering and exiting a game.
