Move Windows Mail from Admin to Standard Acct

When first setting up my new computer with Vista and Windows Mail, I
imported OE mail into the administrator account. The process worked fine.
I've since set up a standard users account for everyday use per Microsoft
recommendation and want my mail there. I cannot find instructions for
moving/exporting/importing mail from one account to another within Vista. I
can't even find the message store to see if I could import from there
directly into the standard user account and then delete the mail in the
admin acct. I see the file location under
tools/options/advanced-maintenance, store folder, but when I look there, I
can't "see" any folder called "appdata/local" etc. Can someone walk me
through the process please or tell me where to find instructions? Thank
you.

In order to see "hidden" files and folders, you will need to change
the default Folder Options. Go to Control Panel, Folder Options, View,
and select "Show hidden files and folders." While there, you may also
want to uncheck "Hide extensions..." (a very bad MS default!).

I see the hidden files now. Thank you. Can you assist in the process of
moving my mail from admin to standard? I never found a written procedure
for this. Is Import the right approach ? I only have choices like OE6 and
WM7 formats,
which don't seem to apply. And once I figure that out, which files do I
import? Just local folders and microsoft communities? Leave backup and
portraits and other files in the message store alone?

The process is pretty much self-explanatory.
From the admin account, do File, Export, Messages.
From the new account do File, Import, Messages.
Use the "Microsoft Windows Mail 7" format. Pick only the
folders which have messages you want. Don't bother with
MS Communities or any other newsgroups because it is
faster to just let the news server download fresh copies.
Don't mess with the message store.
