What program are you using?? In short you need to highlight the text, then
a control C will copy it a control X will cut it and a Control V will paste
it. To move that is Control X; move to new location then Control V. I
can't be more specific since I don't know what program you are using. This
is the Microsoft Access Database newsgroup. It appears your question is not
related to that database. You are much more likely to find someone with the
answer if you post your question to a newsgroup devoted to your subject.
