Move Terminal Service Licenses

We recently upgraded our NT4.0 domain to Active
Directory. We had our TS Licenses on our Terminal Server,
but now after the upgrade the licensing must reside on a
domain controller. How do I move the licensing
information from the old server that is not a DC to the
domain controller. I have installed the TS Licensing on
the domain controller, but it does not contain the
information from the old server.
