Move preview pane/inbox to top/bottom format

I liked the old way the Inbox/preview pane was formated in Outlook. Top and
bottom is easier to read. This left to right format in Outlook 2003 moves my
preview message away from the center of the screen and I don't like it!

I think MS should allow users to arrange the different windows into any
orientation they want.

They do. View> Reading Pane (Right, Bottom, or Off). Where did you look for
the option?
