Move Outlook 2003 to new computer

I am trying to move my Outlook contacts & email to a new compuer. I have
burned a cd with the .pst files from my old computer - when I try to install
on the new computer I get an error message "File Access is denied. You do
nothave permission required to access the file E:\outlook.pst" I do not use
passwords

Copy the .pst file from the CD (read only) to the hard drive and remove the Read-Only attribute from its properties. Outlook requires both read AND write access to the .pst file. Then, use Outlook's File->Open->Outlook Data File to access your data - do NOT import.
