move old user mail to new user

We use exchange 2003 & Outlook 2007. A girl quit, and now we need to get her
mail to the new users inbox. I would rather not copy. But just send Lori's
mail to Susan's inbox. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Why not just move Lori's mail into a PST and then move the entire data file
to Susan's PC? Then simply use File > Open to open the PST, or add it as a
personal folder.

Lori is still getting mail in her mailbox from the exchange server. And she
is gone. I need to redirect that mail to Susan's mailbox. (lori's
replacement) And I don't want to create a rule. That will duplcate mail in a
box that will never get read.

Then use a Re-direct on the exchange server....

Move Lori's current mail to a PST. Move to Susan's PC. Then simply redirect
Lori's current incoming mail to Susan in Exchange.
