move from slave harddrive to primary

currently Win2k Server was installed/boot on a primary
slave harddrive,

where primary master is empty not connected to any drive,

so i want to move/set the primary slave harddrive become
primary master, will this cause any serious problem?

or do i need to edit the boot.ini or set any other setting
before doing this?

the Win2k Server is the only OS on this computer (not dual
boot), Win2k Server already installed with Active Directory

Shouldn't be a problem; Re-jumper HDD and reconnect flat cable properly, and
re-detect HDD in BIOS.
