Hi, I want to move all my website files and settings in FrontPage 2003 to my
new pc. What is the easiest way to do this? and when I install FrontPage in
the new PC do I use the import option?

Easiest way is to open the remote web in FrontPage and publish down to
your new PC.
The Import command should only be used for individual files. If used to
import an entire website, it will only get those files directly linked
from the Home page. In particular, the files used for shared borders,
DWTs, databases, included files etc. will not be downloaded.

Alternatively, create a zipped folder of your existing site on your old
PC, copy this to the new PC using CDRW, CDR, pen drive etc. then extract
to a folder on the new PC.
Open the site in FrontPage and run Tools->Recalculate hyperlinks.
If you use this method, the first time you publish to the remote site
you will have to publish all pages, to ensure the webs are synchronised.
