move e-mail to network folder

In our office an Outlook 2003 user creates a folder per client in his Inbox
to store current e-mail from various clients. After the matter is completed,
he wants to transfer the contents to the client's folder on our server. Is
there an easy way to accomplish this without having to open each message and
save? Thank you!
