Hi,

move DHCP from 2000 to 2000 Server using dhcpexim.exe in AD domain,
the old 2000 ip is 192.168.180.2 scopes is 192.168.180.101-164
the new 2000 ip is 192.168.180.12
after move and authorize dhcp in dhcp admintools it appears:
newdhcp.smda.net[169.254.249.5]
the new 2000 has 2 NIC one is 192.168.180.12 the other is disabled.

how can change to newdhcp.smda.net[192.168.180.12]

Thanks Advance

Jonathan

The new DHCP server should not be attempting to get an address
automatically, it should be locked down on its desired IP address. Lock the
server down on the IP address you want it to have and then try re-importing
the DHCP address table again.
